"Set by hand in 10 end [sic] 12 point Times. Printed by Konstantinos Sp. Staikos at the Manoutios Press in Athens, Greece. Tipins were printed by Arthur W. Rushmore on his press and furnished from the collection in the Madison (NJ) Public Library. The paste papers were donated by the designer Delight Rushmore Lewis. The paste papers as well as the tip-ins have survived since the closing of the press in 1955. Limited to 170 copies ... Bound by Vassilis Kypreos, leather quarter bound in brown leather with marbled sides. Issued in a slipcase. ... This is number 8 [signature] Monroe S. Causley"--Colophon.
