  • Bound in a contemporary 1/2 calf-backed oaken boards; spine rebacked; clasps missing.
  • In BYU copy the signature o is out of order.
  • Fifteenth century printed German sheets used as flyleaves from a German language legal tractate, and a book about plants.
  • On the verso of the title page is a a green sheet in the vertical, a diaper design with pomegranates of South German origin; 15th century patterned paper was used for temporary bindings.
  • From the library of the monastery of St. Quirinus, Tegernsee, with ownership inscriptions dated 1488; the shield of the monastery is in ink under the colophon and on the end papers.
  • Contemporary printed press-label on front cover.
