- After a visit from her mother, Lundwall realized that there is a very strong connection between mothers and daughters, and the culture that is exchanged between them is very meaningful for both. Forms of communication, activities that unite, and other forms of showing love are critical and take on very unique, personal tones when they are exchanged between mothers and daughters. Lundwall explores these different aspects of relationships and what they mean to the quality of the relationship

- Lundwall, the oldest of four children, was born in Provo, Utah while her parents were attending Brigham Young University. She was bornin in 1987. Three years after her birth, her family moved to Houston, Texas where she has lived since then. From a very young age, Lundwall has been very interested in English, especially reading the classics, and writing her own poetry and essays. Attending Brigham Young University, Lundwall is an English major with hopes of soon publishing her own work.
