  • A film copy of Part 1, which was lacking in the Jantz copy, has been supplied by the University of Freiburg Library. Though both the general t.p. and the preface for Part 1 have the date 1749, the first play has a separate t.p. dated 1754, the next three each have a t.p. dated 1756, and the last two are dated 1749.
  • The Freiburg copy would thus seem to be a later assemblage and not the volume as originally issued.
