  • Set in monotype Walbaum Medium; Worthy special paper
  • "Fifteen hundred copies ... have been made ... under the supervision of Sir Francis Meynell ... who has planned it typographically and supplied the shoulder notes in which the various themes of the poem have been identified. The composition was done by the Curwen Press in London. The text was printed by William E. Rudge's Sons in New York. The illustrations are the last work of the late John Steuart Curry and have been printed in color by Fretz Frères in Zurich, Switzerland. This copy is number 70"--Colophon.
