  • T.p. has black and gray hand drawn pastel illustration
  • "Kill series was produced by Phillip Bevis of the Arundel Press. The hand drawn illustrations and typographic design are by Gerald Lange of the Bieler Press, University of Southern California, Los Angeles. Adobe Systems' Trajan Bold and Adobe Caslon, from the Adobe Originals series of PostScript Type 1 digital fonts, were used as the book's display and text faces. The typography was produced on a Macintosh SE/30 with Aldus PageMaker version 4.01. The computer output was printed on a Linotronic L330 photo imagesetter as high-resolution film negatives from which photopolymer plates were made by Patrick Reagh in Glendale. These were printed letterpress on dampened handmade Fabriano Umbria Bianco paper by Emily Mason Strayer at the Kutenai Press in South Willington, Connecticut. The book was hand bound by David Brock in San Diego. The edition consists of 225 numbered copies signed by the author"--colophon
