  • Running titles; chapter titles and initials printed in one of six colors throughout, appropriate to the respective region of Oz
  • Designed by Barry Moser who also executed the wood engravings. Hand composition was done at Pennyroyal Press by P. Chase Twichell and the calligraphy is the work of Yvette Rutledge. Printed in an edition of three hundred and fifty copies
