Summary
Collection of stories about how God provides faith building experiences to people of all religions. Hancock suggests that every religious has specific experiences that they cling to when their faith is challenged, and it is theses stories that define a person in relation to their religion. The collection includes stories from Muslims, Hindus, Latter-day Saints, and Southern Baptists. The stories include themes of angles, demons, heaven, temptations, rituals and sacrifices. She uses Bascom's four functions of folklore to further explore the stories as folklore
