The endpapers of Lokta fiber paper from Nepal (Lama Li) were printed with 'drawings' of Chinese letterforms taken from the illustrations by Mighel Covarrubias for Pearl Buck's translation of Shui hu chuan or All men are brothers ... Rose's original notes were edited by Adriana Williams ..."--Colophon.
