It has been bound in full Indian goatskin by Smith Settle, Yeadon, West Yorkshire, following the original design by T.J. Cobden-Sanderson. The presentation box has been designed by David Eccles. The edition is limited to 980 numbered copes for sale to members of the Folio Society, and 20 lettered copies which are not for sale."--Colophon of second volume
